Overview

Sandy's School takes pride in the fact that our small based center provides a home away from home atmosphere with a lot of emphasis placed on personal interaction with families and children. Our program is known for providing a very friendly, warm, comfortable, and nurturing environment which allows children to learn at their own pace without feeling pressured. We have smaller teacher to children ratios which can offer a variety of learning experiences to enhance each child’s individual growth. We offer a structured and organized curriculum which promotes many learning experiences and emphasizes having fun and playing.

About the Owner

Sandy Boucher

Sandy's School has been owned and directed by Sandy Boucher for over 35 years. Her love and compassion for working with children grows each and every day! Her passion for working with children started over 40 years ago working with special needs children. She then wanted to open her own school which was always a dream of hers. Sandy ran a small Family Child Care Program out of her house for several years. As her demand grew and grew around the Wareham area, she decided to open a center based program and has been there ever since. Fast forward several years and she opened another location in Southborough where her daughter, Alicia, is the director.

After all these years, Sandy still loves being in the classroom teaching her children and watching them grow and develop every day. "That is something I am not ready to give up," she says all the time. To this day, her love and compassion of all the children that come through her door still shines through. Her warm and loving personality make up the Sandy's School Family!
